Practical brand guidelines for the PPG strategy presentation and related communications.
Derived from the live Pacific Palms Holidays website. This is a website-derived working guide, not an official approved corporate brand manual. Observed brand elements and proposed application rules are distinguished below.
The website presents Pacific Palms through its beaches, lakes, forests and holiday homes. The expression is relaxed, welcoming and place-led, with local knowledge at its centre.
Application direction: calm, open layouts; aqua accents; distinctive serif headings; straightforward, readable supporting text. In a strategy meeting, preserve the warmth while keeping decisions and responsibilities explicit.
Observed assets: the original aqua and white outline logos from the website. Use the artwork as supplied. Do not redraw, crop, stretch or typeset a substitute.

Proposed usage rules: keep clear space equal to at least one quarter of the logo height on all sides. Use at least 160px width in ordinary desktop layouts; test legibility at smaller mobile sizes. Use white artwork only over a sufficiently dark, quiet background. Deep teal shown above is a presentation extension, not an observed primary brand colour.
Observed in the live site’s theme variables:
Presentation extension: deep teal #214E49 supplies higher-contrast controls, focus rings and small labels. Light borders #D9E4E1 organise content quietly. These are proposed functional additions, not newly discovered brand colours.
Accessibility: aqua is not suitable for small text on white, or white body text on aqua. Prefer charcoal on aqua and deep teal on white. Test text and background combinations rather than assuming brand colours automatically pass contrast requirements.
Observed: primary website headings. Use for slide titles and major guide headings. Generous scale, normal weight, short lines.
Observed: the “Discover Pacific Palms Holidays” feature heading. Reserve for a short editorial accent, not labels or dense text.
Observed: body copy and much of the interface. Use for meeting prompts, labels, captions and controls. Keep body text at comfortable presentation scale rather than fitting a whole document onto a slide.
Typeface choice follows the existing brand, not a new generic font pairing. Mofulina and Audrey are served by the source website; their commercial licence terms were not supplied. Confirm rights before wider redistribution or reuse outside this authorised brand application. Source Sans Pro is the website’s existing body family.
Observed: real coastal landscapes, beaches, waterways and holiday properties. The site credits the selected coastal image to @undertow_snaps.
Proposed rules: use one strong photograph rather than collages. Keep horizons and key landmarks intact. Put text in a quiet area or on a solid/light overlay. Do not put long meeting content over busy photographs. Use full-viewport coastal photography for opening, section-divider and closing slides. Keep working slides on quiet solid backgrounds so meeting content remains legible.

Warm, direct Australian English. Concrete service and operating language. Short questions that invite discussion. Clear labels for decisions and unresolved issues.
“What model are we building around?”
“Who owns this, and when is it due?”
Blame, corporate slogans, unsupported performance claims and language suggesting an operating model has already been chosen.
Do not turn discussion prompts into commitments or present proposed measures as agreed targets.

Meeting source: “PPG Strategy Session – Getting the Model Right.md”. The presentation preserves the agenda, options, discussion areas and required outcomes. Capture prompts are facilitation additions, not new business facts.
This guide describes Pacific Palms Holidays’ website identity. It does not assert that the same identity is the official group-wide PPG brand. The meeting website uses that identity as requested.
